WHAT IS THE FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM? 


The program will be structured to introduce key volleyball skills progressively, while maintaining a fun and engaging environment to keep the players motivated. Build confidence with basic skills like passing, serving, setting, and attacking, with some attention to basic team play and game awareness. Each session will last 75 minutes, which includes warm-up, skill-building drills, and gameplay in various formats. Fundamental volleyball skills and focus on teamwork, communication, and fitness. Suitable for those getting into the sport or having played on a school team

WHAT IS THE COMPETITIVE PROGRAM? 
Open to girls working towards November tryouts with Squamish Volleyball or other clubs. Advanced skills and position-specific coaching. Suitable for those with a few seasons of playing and/or trying out for Club team later this fall.
